So far, I have been here one time. I do plan to go back and will change my rating accordingly once I do. I initially went for the infrared sauna. They have one of the best prices around at $25 a session. I was disappointed that the sauna was not pre heated (although they did let me stay past the time) and the lights on the sauna were not working (those have so many health benefits). If they fix the lights I’ll be there multiple times a week for that alone. But this place has so much other stuff to offer I’m excited to try. I can’t wait to try the lymphatic massage, the craniosacral therapy, and thermography. Also, if you’re sick and tired of going to the doctors and not making any progress, or just being fed medicine that simply puts a bandaid on the real issues, go see their functional medicine specialist to get the real root cause of your problems…because there is one!

Karen is one of the BEST Massage Therapists I’ve ever been to. She has the perfect balance of deep therapeutic work, along with a caring and nurturing presence. I always feel soooooo much better after she has worked on me. I’m a Massage Therapist myself so I know good work! The AHA facility is clean and beautiful and Lynn at the front desk so helpful. I highly recommend!

Was travelling to Fort Myers for the holidays and wanted to keep up with my infrared sauna schedule. Found online that AHA A Holistic Approach Center had an infrared sauna and it was so easy and convenient to schedule multiple appointments before I arrived. Lynn and Cindy went above and beyond customer care to accommodate my schedule. Place has a great atmosphere and is very warm and inviting! Highly recommended and will use again on next visit!👍

I owe an amazing amount of gratitude and loyalty to Laurie who does my quantum energetics. Im also super fortunate to have found A Holisitc Approach in the first place. We spend so much time, money and energy looking for answers to things that we need to correct (emotionally, physically and spiritually) so we can feel whole and balanced again and western medicine and even a lot of so called wellness clinics do not produce results and relief. Laurie is one of the most amazing people I have ever met who knows exactly what she's doing with precision. I saw her for a serious issue of being dizzy (among other things) which is horribly concerning and the next day I was thrilled to wake up NORMAL again thanks to her knowledge, skills and ability. I cant wait to come back and stay on the path of healing and just keep giving my body some extraordinary attention at a higher level than just diet and exercise. This is a great place for anyone to start no matter whats going on with your body, mind or spirit as clearly it is not isolated only to physical ailments etc .... It's a path of discovery which leads to answers and for myself personally, much needed solutions. I literally left with tears of joy yesterday and I think we all know how that feels. Thank you so very much!

We recently made an appointment to try the infrared sauna. We are so glad that we did because it was so relaxing and really helped with our aching joints! They have a great special for couples which we highly recommend. The staff is incredibly friendly and very accommodating. We really felt at home and enjoyed our visit.
