I cannot say enough good things about ABC Recovery Inc. Their team went above and beyond to help us recover our vehicle and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth and hassle-free. A special thank you to Rhonda and Sandy for their outstanding customer service. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us every step of the way. What impressed us most was their dedication to making sure we were able to drive the vehicle home the very same day. Towing for 35 years ? It’s a family owned business and apparently they don’t know how to tow properly. My car had no issues w alignment or front tires soon as I get my car back I have issues w my front tire and my alignment. Also, the owner of the company should talk respectfully and professionally to customers. Look at all the one star review he has, that should explain it all. Hope you lose your contract.

They towed my truck the other day, it's a rear wheel drive veihcle. They had easy access to both ends of my truck. There is marks on all 4 tires and my rims have been scraped and damaged. They were unsuccessful with getting inside to shift my truck into neutral, so they went underneath, broke the transmission shifter and forced it into neutral. So when I came home, I was unable to shift into anything else! Is this not a safety hazard? Called the company, the main older women was yelling over the lady on the phone with me and she told her to hang up on me. I called them back and the elderly women got defensive and called me a "lying compulsive individual", told me she'd see me in court and hung up again! They only accept cash- this is illegal. Tow companies in the state of Florida are required to accept at least 2 forms of valid payment. They also do not provide an atm to accept said cash! You'll have to go to the sketchy gas station around the corner. The man operating the tow truck is extremely rough with the veihcles, he had to move a little Mazda from infront of my truck, no wonder everyone is getting their veihcles back damaged. Overall, it's an extremely unprofessional business where the workers are obviously uneducated, ignorant and careless.

My girlfriend made the mistake of letting her tags expire and found out the hard way what happens. While it is unfortunate to have to encounter these guys, they make getting your vehicle back as simple and as painless as possible! Being that THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH, and my girlfriend didn’t have any cash on hand, they were kind enough to give her a ride to the nearest ATM so she could get the amount she needed for her car. They even adhered her new tags to the license plate without her even having to ask! While no one likes their car getting towed, these guys really are quite easy to work with! Don’t hate them nor have any ill will towards them. They’re just doing their job.

Towed my vechile from apartment a grey charger and damaged my car said they would paid for damages never did lied and also lady that picks up the phone snotty rude with attitude and making threats and told me I couldn’t pick up my car till late night so I get their late night guy admitted that theirs damage to my car exact words looks fresh he said from the tow you think! Car is now damaged underneath out of alignment they impounded ur vehicle like it’s junk and damage it and don’t fix it. Den the guy said the lady lied about me picking up the car at an earlier time, bc they charged me a night pick up fee another 150$ extra st8 bs scam!!!!
