Steve from Air Tech just left my house. We had a thermostat problem and we could not figure it out. Within minutes Steve was on it and solved the problem. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the problem. Well versed in explaining the issue. Thank you Steve and Air Tech. Much appreciated
We have been using Air tech LLC for our yearly maintenance for Six years now, for our properties and they never disappoint. The technicians are always courteous and thorough. Christian at Air Tech is fantastic. We’re repeat customers, and once again he delivered excellent service. After our heat stopped working following a power outage, we contacted him on Sunday evening. Despite being overwhelmed with calls, he came out the very next morning and fixed the issue quickly. Professional, responsive, and reliable—we highly recommend Christian and Air Tech.
Just want to apologize for the review I left!! And apologize to Christian for my behavior, it was somehow a misunderstanding, on both sides. And I’m sure my attitude was rash!! But when your Air messes up we or I tend to get a little frustrated!! Again they are very very cooperative and understanding, and they do such amazing work to help the customers!! Again couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome on this!! Again thank you AirTech keep up the GREAT work!!
Had significant issues with this company related to timing, communication, and a final invoice that came in roughly 35% higher than the quoted amount. When I eventually spoke with Christian (the owner, as I understand it), the conversation was surprisingly unprofessional. He made comments such as “you don’t understand how the service industry works” and even “you are not from this country, learn the ways of this country,” which was both inappropriate (ironic!) and unnecessary. He also threatened some type of "action?", quote, "I won't even tell you what I'm going to do...". Not even sure what that meant. He claimed he was recording our conversation with Google voice, I hope so. I don’t appreciate being lectured, dismissed, or spoken to in a rude manner—especially when I was simply trying to dispute why they would bill me for so much more without advance notice and my verbal approval to proceed at the higher costs. I have extensive texts and emails documenting the entire experience, but I’m not spending any more of my time dealing with this company. If anyone wants details, feel free to message me and I’m happy to share my experience.
