Top notch all the way. A family owned business with knowledgeable people. Honest, always arrived on-time, Neat and treated our home like it was theirs. All around great experience. Had the furnace, coil, A/C unit etc. replaced for our upstairs. We will call them again for repairs and to get the downstairs system replaced when that time comes. I see about 10 different HVAC Company trucks around Clemmons every day. I’m sure there are other good companies out there but B&B Mechanical was great. Call them. You’ll be glad you did!!

B&B Mechanical came highly recommended to us by friends who rely on them for their HVAC needs. Our 23 year old AC unit has been struggling in the heat these days, so we reached out to them. They were able to top off our refrigerant and examined our unit (which we were surprised to learn is an excellent system and has some miles left in it). Their pricing was very fair and reasonable, and we appreciated that they were able to come quickly, whereas every other place we called could not get to us for weeks. In addition, they were professional and warm when they came to our house. We will definitely call B&B Mechanical for our HVAC needs going forward!

I called B&B because they serviced for the previous homeowner. Had an issue with my outside unit. Mike diagnosed it over the phone and about an hour later I got it working. Saved money and earned respect. Will use them in the future.
