The motor went out for the hoods at my restaurant and he came and fixed it. I had another company working on it and they was looking for the part for well over a month and couldn’t find it. Mr Deon came out diagnosed the problem and found that part in 20 min and fixed it the next day. They have way more experience than many of these other hvac companies. Thank u for everything! You are a life saver

Called them at noon and was told that they would come out Wednesday. About 2 hrs later, the lady called and was very nice and told me they had cancellation and would like to send someone out. I appreciated that. The man that came ( I think Dylan) was very courteous and professional.The price was reasonable. I know that we will use Deon Arnold's again for any future repairs.

This business was quick and in a timely manner. They had the parts on hand and was able to get my heat back up and running within the same day. I would recommend them to anyone as they were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable on how to get the job done. Thank you. My heat ran perfectly last night.

Absolutely exceptional service from an honest and hard-working group of good people! I own a condo in Fayetteville that is occupied by a tenant. It has a split heat pump system that reached the end of its life span and had to be replaced right away. First, I contacted Day & Night Heating and Air and they wanted to charge me a few thousand dollars just to do the diagnostics--without any repairs! Additionally, the "worst case scenario" estimate to replace the entire unit was going to be roughly 5 times that much! So at the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Deon Arnold Heating & Air Conditioning. A very courteous Mr. Arnold then visited my condo and performed a thorough assessment of the internal and external units--and then provided me with a reasonable estimate to replace the system. All told, it cost me about a THIRD of what said competitor wanted to charge me. Moreover, the folks at Deon Arnold conducted themselves with the utmost of integrity and class--qualities that don't have a price tag--and I appreciated that very much.
