BJ with Queen City Heating & Air was outstanding to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain all of our options, and never once made us feel pressured into making a decision. Instead of giving us a sales pitch, he laid out the facts, answered every question honestly, and helped us come up with the plan that best fit our home and our needs. I cannot recommend Queen City Heating, Air & Plumbing enough! From the moment I called, the response time was incredibly fast, especially during a stressful situation where my HVAC system needed to be completely replaced. A special thank you to BJ Williams, who made the entire experience exceptional. As a mother with children, having your air conditioning go out is overwhelming, but BJ took the time to walk me through every step of the process. He explained everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. I never felt rushed or pressured he genuinely cared about making sure my family was taken care of. And yes, BJ... your blue eyes definitely deserve an honorable mention! More importantly, your professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for your customers are what truly stand out. I also want to recognize the installation team, who were absolutely phenomenal. They worked from early morning until dark without stopping, making sure everything was installed perfectly and that we had air before they left. They were knowledgeable, efficient, respectful of my home, and their work ethic was incredible. It was clear they took pride in what they do. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Exceptional customer service, outstanding workmanship, and a team that truly cares about its customers. BJ is a family man which makes it easy to take his advise. I felt like I was talking to my dad. There was no pressure with him. He answered any and all my questions and helped me make a sound decision. I looked at a lot of HVAC companies but what stood out the most with Queen city was the personalization and the overall quality. Did I mention they took care of everything for me? The registering the unit and submitting for the rebate with Duke. All I had to do was gile the paperwork away. Gotta love that. Elvis and Peyton did a good job installing the unit. They were fast, quiet and k kept things neat throughout. Wonderful and respectful men. I'm glad to be apart of the Queen City family and I highly recommend. Oh and I forgot to mention BJs dreamy eyes🤩. Sealed the deal for sure🤭

Topher and Payton were very professional and very thorough. They came out on the weekend to install an entire system that took some time. They explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. The price was reasonable as I did get outrageous quotes from a few OTHER HVAC companies. Big shout out to BJ sales rep who was thorough as well!

I had a great experience with Queen City Heating and Air! They were extremely professional from start to finish and took the time to walk me through exactly what they planned to do before getting started. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and they were very responsive to any questions I had. BJ, Elvis, Topher and Peyton arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, professional air duct cleaning.
