Augie and his technician (sorry, I don’t remember his name) were awesome! They showed up on time or maybe even a bit early, same day, only hours after I had called. They were professional, kind and highly talented. They diagnosed and repaired my system and then validated its performance and efficiency. Augie offered to improve its performance and informed me of the cost to do so up front, and he was not trying to push or hard sell anything - quite the opposite! He said the improvement was not needed, but I requested that he do the additional work to make it operate better. I don’t often write many reviews, but Augie and FixMyAirDFW were fantastic!! I highly recommend them! Good, fair, honest and professional.

Augie has been our HVAC repair and maintenance guy for years. He’s reliable, honest and doesn’t upsell things we don’t need. His pricing is fair and he stands behind the quality of his work. He also answers all of our questions and has helped us understand our HVAC systems a little better as first time homeowners, which we really appreciate. We can now say that we’ve used Augie + his team for maintenance, small repairs and a full replacement and everything has gone well! We highly recommend Fix My Air DFW

Excellent Service! They came out on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and handled everything professionally. My HVAC drain line was backed up, and they blew out the pipes to get it draining again. They also explained the longer-term issue with the P-trap and offered a reconstruction option without pressuring me into unnecessary work. The pricing was fair, the work was quick, and they were clear about what needed to be done. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism. I would absolutely use them again. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

Outstanding service!! Augie is professional, responsive, clear, and super nice. I really appreciated how fast he was to respond to my inquiry and really enjoyed our interaction in person. Obviously, I hugely recommend Augie if you need A/C work done.

Augustine and the young man were soooo polite , professional and honest! Another company was going to charge me more and for items I did not need. This company will give you an honest evaluation. I am so thankful that he came the day I called and did the job immediately! If you want a business with integrity ; this is it.!
