Great customer service. The technician took the time to thoroughly inspect my HVAC system. I really appreciated the “honest” evaluation of the system and the fact that he didn’t try to upsell me services I didn’t need. Speaks volumes about his integrity and professionalism. He also provided recommendations and quotes for services I may need in the future. Being a “Cool Club” member definitely has value.
Lex was fantastic! Such a smooth process and took the time to really explain what was going on with our A/C unit and the issues with our ducts. Excellent follow- up as well.
