Tyler was great in quickly identifying the issue of a failed compressor. A very persistent salesman, he provided several options to replace the system. Ultimately, we went with another company that was able to provide a variable speed system and zone controls we needed for just a bit more than what we were quoted for a single speed system.
We had a great experience with Miles. From the moment we called to schedule service, the process was easy and professional. Miles arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our hvac. He explained everything clearly and even sent us pictures of the leak. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but Miles definitely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair or maintenance.
