I was interested in having a mini split air condition system installed in my garage. The estimate I received from Tropical comfort AC was my fifth. Their price was good but I ultimately selected them based on the technician’s professionalism and knowledge displayed during the estimate visit. I received my appointment for an estimate visit and Nelson showed up right on time. He walked me through the process, explained the installation and we discussed how he could hide the outside unit from the street view which was something I was concerned about. The install was scheduled for two days later. When the technicians showed up, they removed everything in the garage to make room for the unit. Installation was completed before noon and my garage was cool before they left my driveway. The technician explained the operation of the remote control and Wi-Fi before leaving, and Nelson reminded me of the importance of keeping the filter clean. The company offers several safe options for payment and I couldn’t be happier with my cool garage.

Great experience and price. Definitely recommended Nelsen and his team, they will get the job done and professionally. Even came back free of charge to replace a thermostat that was not working well with the original installation. They installed my 5 ton inverter central AC in just one day.

I contacted Tropical Comfort AC about a warranty problem that American Home Shield had sent another AC company to check my mini split AC that wasn't cooling. Long story short, they say that they can't fix your AC or whatever that they will replace it. My Mini split had a leaking evaporator and a replacement could not be found so instead of replacement AHS strung me along for 6 weeks without AC. I called Tropical Comfort and he gave me a considerable disconnect replacement of my AC after hearing my story. A technician came out as promised and removed the old unit and replaced it with a brand new one at a Great price. The Technician worked nonstop in the Florida heat until he finished the job. He showed me everything and how to run it with the remote ,cleaned up everything. The owner came and inspected everything and made sure we were 😊. I really appreciated everything and will recommend them to all my friends.

Nelson has been tremendously helpful. She scheduled the maintenance immediately. I was able to have Rafael come, inspected and have it cleaned the very next day. He did a wonderful job! I asked for him again for my next maintenance.
