not a single star for this terrible business. I have been waiting over 4 hour for just a driver to come tow my car that is ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. Cars flying by so fast you can feel the car move. Called about 23 times and still no driver has come. All these drivers are no show and no care for other people’s time. Im currently still waiting and probably just going to have to wait another hour for a tow. This is a ridiculous

Thank you so much hunter for picking me up last night and towing me back home. He was fast !! I only waited 20mins and waited in my friends car for 15 mins till he got to my location. He’s always been a sweet kid…Since growing up to….. I got stuck at in front of Lowe’s last night on 11/07/2025 at around 10:45pm ish. at 10070 Estero Parkway. Cause of a tire blow out. Luckily teenage boys were walking there dog near by and helped me move my car over; to the the side of the road. But hunter was very nice and kind. Driving me home to. Thank you for keeping me calm to with the Morgan Wallen talk…. (I’m obsessed with Morgan Wallen) I calmed down even more right before my friend arrived and then Hunter arrived… You’ve always been a great guy and great kid growing up with… Thank you so much again and god bless you. Take care !! What a great company and a great guy Hunter is !!

Arrived on time. Communicated diligently. Loaded the vehicle with care. Delivered as promised. As a person in the customer service industry... this is almost unheard of in this day and age... actually doing what they agreed to do. Highly recommend.

Called to have my truck towed to the mechanic for a repair, told dispatcher several times the keys were under the floor mat. When the driver arrived to the community to pick up the truck, again told the dispatch the keys were under the mat. When the truck arrived and was delivered to the auto mechanic, he was told that there were no keys and the wheels were locked. Zero communication between dispatch and driver. Dragged my truck 12ft of skid marks clearly seen in the photos. Very disappointing, won’t be calling them again!

I used them to transport my car for 200 miles. Rey Perez is awesome, excellent communication and exceptional support. These guys should be benchmark for rest of the towing and transport companies
