Truly excellent experience!! Great customer service from my first text message to Austin until the end of the cruise! Asked us if we wanted to see dolphins and within 1 minute they appeared. It was like magic! Took us to great beach for shelling, along with fast boating to feel the nice breeze. Saw many dolphins and my daughter loved it. Also, I have a torn ACL (knee) and Austin made it very easy to get on and off the boat, including a boat lift at the end that let me step right off the boat, instead of some crazy ladders or something. Also, we had a great co captain in Ari the Yorkie! Thanks again Austin and we will be back for another round next time.
Fantastic trip! Sunset cruise which included a 3 year old. We told Capt. we prefer focusing on dolphins and he didn’t disappoint. We had dolphins playing and jumping along side the boat & we were all thrilled, especially our grandson. What an experience that ended with a gorgeous sunset . Capt was professional, knowledgeable & very friendly. Highly Recommend. 5 star easily
100 stars!!!! Captain Austin is a great guy I’d like to call my friend. Professional! So talented and careful. Safety and eduction is huge! We had a blast. He followed the weather forecast and adjusted to the best time for us. He’s a wealth of information. Knows the island like the back of his hand with stories and facts about the island, the gulf, and the sea life. At one point I stood up quicky to have a look and my cap blew off into the gulf. I told him to leave it- but we swung around and I have my cap in my suitcase with me flying home! (Petty cool because that hat has some memories!) Best dog Ari with captain Austin. Take a look at the dolphins. Austin stuck it out as my teen daughters refused to head back even in some cold rain. If you want a charter experience that’s personalized, safe, and such a great value in Marco Island, this is it.
We had such a great time on the boat. We did a sunset cruise. We’ve been on lots of sunset cruises and fishing trips in Marco and he still taught us new things about the natural ecosystem of the area. I also loved the easy maneuverability inside the boat. No need to craw up to the bow of the boat. We will use him again!
Highly recommend this boat tour and cruise. Captain Austin was great! We felt as though we went on a boat ride with a friend we’ve had for years. First mate Ari was a bonus. He was the highlight of the trip spotting the dolphins for us. We definitely will be taking another ride with them next trip. Thank you Captain Austin for the awesome experience!
