My partner and I had an excellent experience working with Savills in Barnes when renting our new flat. The entire process was professional, transparent, and well managed from start to finish. Tom Stanley showed us around the property and supported us throughout the offer stage, referencing process, and tenancy agreement negotiations. What impressed us most was that at no stage did we feel pressured into making a decision, nor did the communication ever feel purely transactional. Having previously rented exclusively through private landlords, I was somewhat wary of agent-managed properties, but the experience could not have been better. I would happily recommend Tom and the Barnes team to anyone looking to rent in the area.
