I got to change my rating. Here are the reasons: 1) I had an appointment to do the annual cleaning and this is my first time. However, a few days before that the crown fell and I had to come to have it re-cemented and it is the only reason I had to come earlier. I paid $155 for the deductible amount, beside whatever they claim medicare. 2) When I actually came the second time (3 days later) for my annual check up and cleaning, the office manager said that I have a balance of $90 and said that the extra amount is for the "evaluation and x-ray...". This is so "creative" and I don't think it is right either. I paid whatever the office said I owed, right after the service done. And I simply want to recement the fallen crown and it should not be charged $391 for it. I am re-evaluating to see if I want to come back here to see the dentist (I like Dr. Bankes. He seems to really care for patients and did some little extra things.) The office manager is a different story. She creatively tries to squeze as much out of your pocket as she can and this is not right (or legal???). Be aware! Ask many questions to be sure it will not happen to you.

1st visit and LOVED IT! The receptionist was super friendly, helpful and efficient! Juan was awesome, got cement glue off my teeth that no one else has been able for the last 20 years! Dr. Villarreal didn't try to sell me anything, was direct and to the point in a caring manner! He answered my questions and provided great guidance. I've moved my whole family to this practice and referred multiple people!

First time I had an amazing experience at Bellaire Bay Dental Care! From the moment I walked in, everything felt modern, clean, and incredibly well-organized. You can really tell they invest in state-of-the-art technology—it made the entire visit feel efficient, comfortable, and very precise. What stood out the most was how detail-oriented the entire team is. They take their time to explain everything and make sure nothing is overlooked, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. A special shoutout to Zaida, my dental hygienist—she was absolutely wonderful! She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease the whole time. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Overall, I highly recommend Bellaire Bay Dental Care to anyone looking for top-quality dental care with a professional and caring team!

I was there today; this is the second time my spouse and I have visited this place. I would like to extend a big thank you to the dental hygienist, Courtney. I mentioned that my English wasn't very strong, and she kindly assisted me with translation—that was very thoughtful of her. She made me feel comfortable and happy. Furthermore, she does her job exceptionally well. I would also like to thank the lady at the front desk, who was very helpful to me as well. As for Dr. Bankes, he cleaned my retainer and was very quick. Thank you all!

OUTSTANDING! I recently moved from PA to Naples and this practice had me WOW’D from the start. Let’s begin with how very nice every single employee is! Courtney, the hygienist gave me the most comprehensive exam and cleaning that I’ve ever had in my life. Their technology is top-notch and like nothing I’ve seen before. Dr. Villareal was thorough, knowledgeable and so kind. They made it very clear that they do not recommend unnecessary work in your mouth on things that aren’t “broken”. At checkout, Heavenly was the sweetest and most efficient admin I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend this practice and feel like I won the lottery by finding them!
