We initially had a great experience but, around April of 2024 Chris would not answer his phone and only very rarely answered text and email saying he was working on our taxes. He steadily sent bills and a list of things needed. I now think these emails were automated. went to irs website and our taxes have not been filed. We asked for a meeting and he said he would meet but, then never confirmed a time. Sad I wonder what went wrong ehre.
