We just returned from our family vacation to Greece. We stayed in Santorini, Mykonos, and Athens; the views were breathtaking. We explored the Greek islands and visited historical sites. Jacob @ Brightside Vacations coordinated our travel plans, hotel accommodations, transfers, and excursions. In addition, he provided restaurant recommendations and additional activities to do while at our destination. Thank you, Jacob, it was a trip of a lifetime with great memories! Wonderful experience with Brightside Vacations. We just returned from a trip to Ireland and everything was perfect. Jacob's attention detail, his organization and his vast knowledge was magnificent. I travel a lot. So when I say this was next-level service, I mean it. Here’s what happened: I called this agency on a Tuesday, asking if they could get me to the Full Moon Party in Koh Phangan, Thailand—by the following Tuesday. I told them I also wanted to explore Cambodia and Vietnam while I was in Southeast Asia. Within just a few hours, Jacob met with me, already armed with a few possible itineraries, taking great care to note everything I wanted to see, as well as suggesting things I would have never thought of on my own. That same day, my flights were booked. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER, Jacob and Carley had created an incredibly detailed itinerary prepared for this month-long trip, booked my hotels and flights between the three countries, and had me on a plane to Southeast Asia by Thursday; i.e. 48 hours from my initial call! Every detail was thoughtfully planned: I stayed in amazing hotels I never would’ve found on my own, had unforgettable activities scheduled, and received daily recommendations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their itinerary even struck the perfect balance between structured plans and free time to explore. That little PDF became my travel bible—I never once had to stress about what was coming next. Every day felt like a new, perfectly-curated adventure. Any time I had a question while abroad, Jacob and Carley were my lifeline. They handled everything promptly and professionally, no matter the time zone. This was, without exaggeration, the greatest travel experience of my life, and I have them to thank for it.
