I hired this wonderful company to help me after the city of Plano mandated I get new siding on my house. Steve Cole with Valentine Premier Construction was understanding, gave fast service, and charged a very reasonable price to ensure I was in compliance with the city mandate. Marc & I are very pleased with our experience with Valentine Premier Construction. We will definitely use them for future projects. Starting with Chad and then onto Steve, Ray, and John Valentine -- we found the employees to be honest, highly skilled, and totally focused on making our dreams come true. Their workmanship & customer service is second to none. An unfortunate fire forced an extensive repair and then a remodeling project for our home. Valentine Premier Construction recently replaced our damaged soffits, eaves, and gutters and repainted the exterior of our home. This was the easiest home repair we have encountered! Everyone at VPC was professional, on time, and easy to work with. We highly recommend VPC and will definitely use them again
I highly recommend Valentine Premier Construction (VPC) for home remodels and upgrades. When we bought our home in Coppell in February 2025, we wanted to do as many upgrades as possible before our rental/lease expired in May, and we had to move into the house. Steve Cole and Scott Briggs listened carefully to our projects and desires including a master bathroom remodel, electrical system upgrades, new kitchen lighting, HVAC repairs and improvements, and more. They ensured that all our projects were completed to our satisfaction while leaving plenty of time to prepare for moving in May. The work by the sub-contractors was very well done, and the communications with VPC were timely, honest, and direct. We always knew where we were on the schedule, and Steve/Scott quickly addressed any concerns we had (which were few and far between). I can't say enough great things about VPC, and I will hire them again for future projects on our home. Great customer service and workmanship! Thanks, VPC!
I am not a customer thanks to Chad, but I can say that I’m blown away by their exceptional service. Chad called back within an hour of getting my message requesting an inspection, did an onsite assessment that same day, told me we did not need a new roof, and refused any payment for his time or expertise. While I am grateful I did not need Valentine Roofing services this time, I can say their honesty and genuine support has won them my future business - this is Texas so it’s only a matter of time!
