Errol is an absolute gem to work with. Our company has a LOT of tangled processes with endless if/when scenarios, and without written documentation it has historically been challenging to train new team members or even ensure we’re all following the same efficient, client-focused workflows. This often led to misunderstandings, gaps in accountability, and an environment that made productivity harder than it needed to be. Errol’s approach changed that. He takes the time to truly dig in and understand every detail—yes, even the ones we think we “just know.” I’ll admit, it was painful at times as his questions forced us to unpack steps we usually keep in our heads, but that’s exactly what makes his process so effective. New employees can’t rely on unwritten assumptions, and thanks to Errol, our documentation finally reflects that reality. He’s personable, patient, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in getting to know the team.
