I’ve been seeing Dr. Siegmund for a little while now at the Galleria location, and today was my first visit at the new Memorial City office — and I couldn’t be more impressed. The new location is great, and the care is just as top-tier as always. Dr. Siegmund is truly amazing. He actually listens, explains what’s going on, and makes sure you leave feeling better every single time. I’ve told him I’d follow him anywhere he goes, and I meant it — the results speak for themselves. The relief I feel after every visit is unreal. Also, shoutout to Jenna at the front desk — she’s awesome. Super friendly, welcoming, and makes the whole process smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a chiropractor you can trust who genuinely cares about your recovery, Core Chiropractic in Memorial City is the place to go. Highly recommend. Five stars all the way.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been seeing Dr. Siegmund for 3 years, and he’s been amazing! His new facility is in a great location—easy access with low traffic. Clean, modern, and super welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality chiropractic care!

Everyone here is amazing. So polite and helpful. Dr. S is great. Finding problems with just feeling the problem area. I’d recommend CORE to anyone who not only has issues but want to get preventative care done. 5/5 ⭐️ thank you guys!

Today was my first time at Core Chiropractic, and I must say that it was a unique experience. Everyone one in the office was so nice and helpful. The doctor was informative and because they do X-rays in the office he was able to really hone in on my issue and came up with a treatment plan. The office is clean and structured very well. I highly recommend!

I had never visited a chiropractor before, but a good friend referred me. I was experiencing lower back pain, and after taking X-rays, Dr. Siegmund showed me that the issue was due to a disc bulge in my L5 S1 area. He took the time to answer my questions and develop a treatment plan. After a few sessions, I started feeling relief! I’m a little over halfway through my treatment plan and still have some work to do, but I’m so glad I came to this office. Jenna and Christy are always so kind and welcoming. Dr. Siegmund is an awesome guy who takes the time to get to know you, which shows that he genuinely cares about his patients. My favorite part of my treatment plan is the Traction Table! I like to call it the dessert of chiropractic care! If you’re looking for a great team that can help you with your spinal health, these are the people to see! Thanks, everyone!
