Dr. Sopp and his wonderful staff have been amazing to work with. I have been receiving treatments for my neck and back for about a month. The results have been amazing so far. The pain has left the building! I have regained full range of motion in my neck as well. I cannot express how much I like visiting this office. You are always made to feel welcome. Dr. Sopp always gives you extra time needed and shares his knowledge regarding your treatment. He has the plan for me and I am sure he can help you too. Thanks for everything! I want to write this review out of my heart and out of my own experience, feeling so thankful, grateful, optimistic and hopeful to share it. My hope is that this review will help other's in the same shoes to turn your health around so that you also can have new hope for all your new mornings still to come.... The invisible, sneaky, cheating, ambushing and chronic illness that causes widespread destruction, aches and exhaustion over your entire body with endless pain, inflammation, swelling and discomfort, making your life unbearable, like how you feel from an brutal and intense workout, flare-ups that make you feel like you have been hit by a truck, an illness that hides only to pounce when you least expect it, causing so much havoc in your immune-, neuro-, hormone-, and endocrine system with the extend of pain so overwhelming that sometimes wearing shoes are extremely uncomfortable and painful! FIBROMYALGIA impacting your career, daily tasks, friendships, social events, appointments....e v e r y aspect of your life. While you are struggling in this chaotic life, you lost hope and trust in medical doctors "trying" to treat fibromyalgia. Some specialists are not even willing today to accept you as new patient because of your fibromyalgia diagnosis. After 15 years of tests and tests and Fibromyalgia prescription medicine, endless pain medicine, utter desperation and pure frustration, I stopped all my prescription medication, decided to go rogue. I am a Christian woman and I saddle-up with God on this journey! An active lifestyle is essential for maintaining a healthy life and healthy mobility is a key component and that is where LivingWell Chiropractic and Dr. Timothy Sopp became part of my journey with Fibromyalgia. And that's how the guidance of God works!! He leads me to LivingWell Chiropractic!! From the first day I walked into LivingWell Chiropractic, Dr. Sopp and his staff were warm, friendly, caring, professional and optimistic in their passion to ensure they make lives better! The kind and gentle way dr. Sopp take care of a tender and fragile fibromyalgia body speaks of a beautiful heart, a gentle soul and a passionate and dedicated doctor in service. Chiropractic care can help manage fibromyalgia symptoms by improving spinal alignment, reducing pain, enhancing mobility, and supporting overall well-being. What Dr. Sopp explains to me make perfect sense! The constant tightness / tenderness pressure at the base of the skull. The occipital nerve compression (usually worse on one side) that triggers shooting pain, tension headaches, migraines, and brain fog. When the suboccipital muscles get chronically tight – from stress, poor posture, or forward head position – they compress these nerves. That's why you feel that constant tender pressure at the base of your skull. That's why you get tension headaches that start there and crawl up into your head. That's why you have brain fog and exhaustion. The nerves at the base of your skull are being compressed by tight muscles." So I hope that I could give other people, especially women in the same shoes, HOPE. We can live our best lives without pressure at the base of the skull, tension headaches, brain fog, or endless doctor visits. Healing doesn't mean the damage never existed. this dr has been a blessing. she has helped me to walk pain free! He listens attentively and does not push any procedure i’m not comfortable with . From my lower back to reid in my neck . dr sooo used an instrument on my neck whe i told him i didn’t want my neck cracked manually .i cannot thank him enough for all he’s done to help me . i highly recommend him if you have a little pain or a lot of pain!

I came in with a left hip sciatic nerve being pinched. He took it slow and made sure he fully understood where the main problem was coming from. He also gave amazing tips from the first appointment on to help ease the pain and avoid further damage! P.S. Dr Sopp’s wife the assistant is very caring and listens to everything you have to say!

Dr Sopp provided me with excellent chiropractic care! I suffer from chronic lower back pain and neck pain, especially aggravated by pickle ball play. We spend our winters in Bonita Springs and would not have been able to continue playing pickle ball without his treatments. Within the first week of treatments, I experienced relief from pain. He also treated my foot pain and some joint pain in my thumb joint and gave me exercises to support my adjustments. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Supp’s genuine concern and bedside manner for optimal chiropractic care. He is the best! Living Well Chiropractic is forever a part of our Bonita Springs winter home!
