There is truly no place like Upstate Specific. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with such a warm, welcoming, and kid-friendly environment. They are incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and it’s obvious they truly know what they’re doing. I never feel rushed or overlooked — I feel genuinely cared for, seen, and known as a person, not just a patient. It’s rare to find care like this, and I’m so grateful for Upstate Specific.
We love upstate specific! Me and my family are taken care of so well. The staff is amazing with children. Even the office is set up with them in mind. I always highly recommend them to everybody.

I have been to may Chiropractors. Dr. Megan is by far the best. She is absolutely a wonderful pleasant soul but also well qualified and exceptionally good at what she does! I always had a great experience with her and so did my children including my very young 1 week old. I whole heartily believe my pregnancy, labor and delivery was a breeze because of the care I received from her. Wonderful! I highly recommend.
