I was coming to Vital health care (freeze play chiropractic) for a year now. In the beginning, they were really attentive and schedule appointments easily. There was frequent turn around with chiropractor doctors but I didn’t think anything of it. The beginning of summer this year became more challenging to have a late appointment (after 5) or on Saturdays. While I understand the off season is slower and there’s less patients This should have been discussed before they recommended paying for another package. Now they can’t schedule an appointment for me or it’s canceled and reschedule. Additionally, I found out when trying to schedule an appointment they were moving from Estero to Bonita springs. I asked about getting a refund due to not having the possibility of getting appointments and the location changes. I was told I need to wait for a manager which I completely understand. However now when I call I get sent to voicemail and no one returns my messages. I spent over a $1000 for a package and barely used any appointments from a lack of scheduling. I just respectfully want my refund if you can’t provide me services.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lundy for functional movement and chiropractic care, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! He’s been helping me create a pain-free golf swing, improve my rotation, and gain more flexibility — which has translated directly into more distance and consistency on the course. Beyond the physical improvements, I also understand my swing and my body’s movement patterns so much better now. He really takes the time to listen and tailor the care to what I need to perform at my best. If you’re an athlete, golfer, or just want to move better and feel better, you’ll be in great hands here!

I was in town for a few days visiting friends and pulled my shoulder/neck before visiting Naples. The pain progressively became worse over the weekend until I could barely turn my head. A friend suggested Vital Healthcare (formerly known as Freeze Play Chiropractic). I was diagnosed and treated by Dr. Glenn Lundy. Dr. Lundy was incredibly thorough in his assessment and treatment. In addition to an adjustment, Vital Healthcare also treated me with STEM and red light therapy. I was impressed with the knowledge of the entire staff and the ease of access to treatment. I appreciate that Dr. Lundy mentioned that I need to get to the root of the issue since it is a recurring problem for me. He gave me direction on what to do after I returned home since he knows that I am not a local to the Naples area. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for thorough chiropractic care.

The staff is amazing, I went there after having an MRI and seeing a back doctor who gave me pain medication. I had been dealing with my back pain for almost 2 years and found them online. I figured why not try it nothing else had been working, I am so glad I did when I walked in I could barely stand without pain in my lower back. My injury will never heal but now my pain is almost non existent and I no longer take the pain medication. This has truly been amazing

My name is Khani Lawrence and I'm a patient of Vital Healthcare I started coming here a couple months ago and this is one of the best year of my life. I'm going through a lot with nerve pain There's is a few names I have to mention. Milena the owner is an a unbelievable lady. She treated with respect and carefully allowed her staff to provide the best treatment that any patients could want. This place I could recommend to anyone it's so inviting walking through her doors. She's a god send to me. Kharolys works with me on a daily basis. She's very caring considerate always act in a very professional way to all the patients. I appreciate her so much. She's an asset to this practice. Lastly Mr Williams who's my doctor he's such a great individual works hard and listened to all my complains and always try to fix those issues to make me feel better and thank him for that.
