I cannot say enough great things about this company! I found myself in a desperate situation when my HVAC drain backed up and caused what looked like a waterfall through the ceiling at my shop. There was at least a foot of water in my bathroom ceiling, and it honestly looked like someone had overflowed a bathtub upstairs. It was a complete nightmare. When I called, they told me Ron could come out around 3:00 p.m., and I expected to pay an emergency service fee. Not only did they work me into their schedule earlier than expected, but they didn’t even charge me for the emergency visit. What impressed me even more was that Ron didn’t just fix the problem—he took the time to explain exactly what happened, why it happened, and what needed to be done to make sure it never happened again. He replaced part of the piping so this issue wouldn’t continue in the future. To me, that’s what exceptional service looks like. Anyone can fix a problem, but finding the root cause and providing a permanent solution is something you just don’t see very often anymore. I truly wish I could give this company more than five stars. They deserve ten stars! Thank you, Ron, for your professionalism, honesty, and incredible customer service. I’ll be recommending your company to everyone I know and sharing your name every chance I get. Thank you again for taking such great care of me
We had a pipe burst in our home and as 1st time homeowners, panic set in! From the moment I called and spoke with Liz Conner, she made me feel calm and reassured me that they would come out and take care of it asap. She called my husband back and let him know they had a tech available and was on the way! It was a matter of a few hours in between the two calls! Matt was extremely professional and efficient in replacing the damaged pipe(it was in a difficult area in the wall behind our water heater, too!). He finished up the job and sent a quote for a replacement water heater that my husband had requested. Overall, I highly recommend Conner!! We will be using them again for all our plumbing needs!
We are so appreciative of conner services. We have been using them for a few years now and have always had a great experience. They are prompt at responding and scheduling. Every time they come out they have been truthful and helped solve the problem. Our AC died over the fourth of July weekend when the temperatures were in the 100s and we had a baby with us. They were able to come out and fix the AC. Will be a lifelong customer with them.
This is a great family owned and operated business! I have had to water heaters installed by Conner Services and very happy with the price and service. I recently called them when my AC went out and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule to fix my AC unit. Thank you!! Great company!
We have used Conner Services multiple times now since moving into our house in 2023. They are always prompt, professional, and friendly. Its nice to have a 'go-to' vendor for all things HVAC and plumbing. I would highly recommend and we will continue to work with this outstanding company.
