Before and after a doorway installation - and you can see a HUGE difference! I had a hard time finding a contractor to add this cased doorway (a correction to a design flaw in the efficiency living area addition on our second floor by the previous owners). Not only that, we’re listing the house for sale soon and the addition of the doorway was critical to our preparation. Not only did Jerry accept the project, he made sure to hire only the best team members for each step of the job. In addition to that, the issues he anticipated encountering were pre-arranged with subcontractors to ensure the project was done in a day! The whole event took less than 2 weeks from first meeting to completion. I’m thoroughly impressed with the whole team on this project and thank all of them for excellent, expedient work, and top notch communication. AND they were wonderful people to chat with when we had the opportunity! Thanks so much Jerry and team for making our doorway wish come true. We appreciate you.

Father and Son helped us update our family room, which included closing off an old walk through from our office, new flooring, new drywall, new ceiling, electrical, carpentry and custom built ins, reframing and replacing a sliding glass door, and of course lots of paint! We couldn’t be happier with the finished product! There were no surprises or deviations from our agreed price and timeline- they did what they said they would do. All the sub contractors were skilled and knowledgeable, I was in and out of the house for errands and had no concerns about leaving the team alone. Mr. Curtis was pleasant and calm to work with, we enjoyed his help and daily oversight. Mr. Jerry was detailed and professional and helped me envision the final product. I want to add that our project happened to fall during the two winter storms (ice+snow), and I don’t think Father and Sons missed a single planned day of work. I’ve added photos of the finished product, and included a few before photos. Thank you again, I can’t wait to schedule our next project!

Father and Son did a fantastic job with a massive, top-to-bottom remodel of my home. This was a huge project—they literally added a foundation where there wasn't one, completely reconfigured the layout to make it functional, and handled all-new plumbing, electrical, a great garage refresh, and beautiful new bathrooms. The overall craftsmanship is terrific, and the house turned out great. Throughout the entire process, their communication was consistently good, which I really appreciated. Because it was such a big job and I stayed on-site for most of it, we did hit a few rough patches. A couple of months in, I was told the power would be off for an afternoon, but it ended up being off for a whole week because the electrician wasn't prepared with what they needed, which caused some issues with the inspections department. We also failed an inspection early on during re-framing because the plans weren’t followed as drawn, which stopped all work for 7 weeks. Also, the brand-new master shower head still has a lingering drip. The finished product is fantastic, I now have a home to be proud of and Father and Son had the vision and expertise to make it happen better than I had imagined. It was a really big project and I feel like we both learned a lot from doing it together. I would absolutely work with Father and Son again.

We recently had a complete kitchen renovation. Our kitchen was original after 25 years and needed a facelift. Father and Sons Contracting really delivered and we could not be more pleased. Jerry was very informative and kept us up to date on all progress. He helped us achieve our vision. Jesus did a great job with demolition and being Jerry’s right hand man. Can’t say how much we appreciate Jorge and everything he did for us and our project. His carpentry work is amazing and he was 100% professional and does exceptional work. Brad Batten did our cabinets and we are in love. Did everything we asked and adapted cabinets to what we wanted. The tile guy for backsplash did top notch work and all the lines are even and straight. Love my countertop, they for perfect and are flawless. Thank you to Randall for the many questions we had and reassurance. Daniel, the painter and his wife did amazing work. Chris with flooring was great as well. Everyone we came in contact with were professional and respectful and worked with us to make our dream kitchen for this house. It was quite a process but got through it with everyones hard work and dedication. My only complaint was the final clean was not really a clean. I ended up cleaning myself. Will definitely use Father and son for any future projects.

My in laws had some work done on their new house. We had a window that was replaced with an entrance door and another door added in a hallway to separate it that side of the house. It looks like the house was built this way. You cant tell what was added/changed. Jerry is great to deal with and keeps you informed the entire way. The employees are also great to deal with. Some time after the install we started having and issue due to weather stripping on the new entrance door. I contacted Jerry and he stood by his work and had the issue fixed quicker than expected! We will be using them again at some point in the future, solid group of people and solid company!
