I’ve used J&K for many property needs and have always had a great experience. Justin and Jacinta have both always been professional and helpful. Special mention to the receptionists as well, always kind and welcoming. I highly recommend the team at J&K Law. 😊
Our experience was below average. While the conveyancing itself was ultimately completed, the process was handled poorly in terms of communication, responsiveness, and overall attention to detail. As first-time home buyers, we relied heavily on clear guidance, but communication was inconsistent throughout. Several emails and calls went unanswered or were met with a dismissive tone. In some cases, we were following up on administrative errors from their side, which were only addressed much later (close to the settlement date) creating unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Overall, we were left with the impression that the priority was to complete the transaction as quickly as possible, rather than to properly support the client through the process. If your transaction is straightforward and you’re primarily looking for a low-cost option, Jacinta and the rest of the team may be ok. However, if you expect proactive communication and a higher level of care, redirect your business elsewhere.

When it came to settlement just got text message not phone call not very professional Also figure on final paperwork where incorrect And very hard to talk with anyone. Not very happy with service they provided felt like I was just a number not a valued client.
