What a great dining experience! The atmosphere and ambience at Cool’a Fish Bar are beautiful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. I ordered the Caribbean Seafood Bowl, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The prices were very fair for the quality of both the food and the overall experience. One thing that really stood out was the manager, Rich, who personally stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect. You could tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in running a great restaurant. That personal touch made an already excellent experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Cool’a Fish Bar to anyone looking for outstanding seafood, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere.

We are advid seafood lovers and I selected this restaurant for our out of town Valentines Day meal. The big draw was the conch fritters offered in two delectable ways. Of course we purchased both as our appetizers along with a Pomegranate Martini and Valentines speciality drinks. Our main entrees considered of Main lobster tails and coconut Crusted yellowtail snapper prepared to perfection. The house Cool A Bar potatoes side, were an excellent suggestion by our waitress. Timely serving of each course was highly considered. Will definitely be returning when visiting Palm Beach Gardens.

We’ve been coming to the Singer Island/Lake Park area for years and have eaten at a lot of the local seafood restaurants. Cool’A Fishbar is now at the top of our list. We were looking for really good local seafood—not just a restaurant that happens to have seafood on the menu. Cool’A absolutely delivered. I had the sweet potato-crusted fish special, which tonight was tripletail, served with rice and potatoes. It was outstanding. The fish was perfectly suited to the preparation, and the whole dish was flavorful without burying the seafood. My wife had the shrimp scampi penne pasta bowl special, which was also excellent. We both ordered specials, and both dishes showcased the quality and freshness of the seafood. The menu has a great selection of fresh fish and seafood, the atmosphere is casual and comfortable, and most importantly, the food tastes like the people in the kitchen actually care about the product. We’ve been coming to this area for years, and Cool’A Fishbar is now the first place I would recommend to anyone looking for excellent local seafood in the Singer Island, Lake Park, Palm Beach Gardens, or North Palm Beach area. We’ll definitely be back.

The food tasted good BUT The portions have gotten considerably smaller. They didn't even try to hide it by using a smaller plate. Considering how expensive it is....

We've been to this restaurant three times, and it's always been fabulous! The food, wine, and service are excellent! We'll definitely be back again.
