I firstly want to say that this topic is hard to review since it is so personal, and that every business and representative of this kind of business should be the most professional and compassionate, with that being said my experience with Cremation with care was less than perfect after much research and conversations, I chose them. It started out with a very clearly defined list of what was in each package offered with pricing. When I called Judy answered my call and was very compassionate and professional, she went over the package I chose and took my info., she explained what would happen, confirmed price, she made me feel I made the right choice. She explained that I would receive a call the next morning at 10 am, my phone rang a few minutes after 10 and I believe it was Deanna she was also very professional and compassionate went over details and prices, sent me the contract and took payment info. Still I was good with the choice I made, after that it starts to go down hill, after pick-up he went to Ft. Myers. My mother received a call from the Ft Myers office stating that she would have to pay for my brother to be delivered to her instead of them contacting me the point of contact, of course this was very upsetting to her in her time of grief, when I called them I found out it was a communication error in what was to be done, it was just paperwork that was to be sent. I called and let them know that I was point of contact and to communicate through me, several days later again my mother received a call and a gentleman had left a VM stating that she had 30 minutes to respond if there was any chance that he would be delivered, she responded before 30 minutes and the gentleman was very short and rude stating that it was to late and she would have to make other arrangements it wasn't his problem that it would be days later for delivery. After about an hour just as she notified me and I was about to call he called her back and said he would be there sometime later that day. So whoever he spoke to at office thank you for getting it done it's much appreciated. I chose creamation with care for the white glove delivery service which to me is what it says white glove service the absolutely most professional service you can get. The number one selling point you would chose this to give your last respect to a loved one. I am writing this because of the importance of this service to families going through a hard time. I believe a company statement white glove service should be exactly that. The world has forgotten what service is, a business that says that they are service minded should be exactly that but I would hope they review who and how representatives conduct themselves when presenting a white glove service.

This company made an emotional situation that no one wants to deal with much easier. They were very compassionate and professional while helping navigate our family through the process. They also fulfilled a request that was requested. The timeline that was stated was met. They even contacted and made the arrangements to deliver the family members ashes to the home. Extremely satisfied with the price, timeline, and above all the level of compassion and professionalism

This was the most difficult journey of my life and Cremation With Care was fantastic. Mark and Deanna were amazing and it was a very compassionate and simple process. The process took 10 business days as was expected and the delivery process was very prompt as scheduled. Deanna helped me determine how many death certificates and informed me the difference in long and short certificates. Advised short form does not include cause of death and due to HIPAA the short is preferred for most final affairs other than life insurance, Mark was responsive and informative. This is a great organization if a simple cremation is what you are seeking. John delivered Mom home and he was very kind and compassionate! Thank you again for your guidance during this difficult time.

Recently engaged the services of Cremation with Care in Fort Myers. They were A to Z exceptional to work with. Communicative, easy to work with, compassionate, professional, punctual, thorough. They provide steady guidance through the whole process. Very professional outfit at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The whole thing was stressful enough, so to have that part go so smoothly and for Cremation with Care to be so steady the entire time with no hiccups. What a huge blessing. 5/5 WOULD RECOMMEND. And THANK YOU to everyone who made the process as easy as it could possibly be.

Cremation With Care made an incredibly difficult situation as easy as possible. They were responsive from Day 1 thru the delivery of the remains and my personalized jewelry. Everyone I dealt with was so caring and always willing to get things done when I made special requests. I especially need to thank Mark for everything he did for me. Although I hope to not need their services anytime soon, they will definitely be my first call if ever needed.
