Excellent job of soft washing my roof. I called him to come in on a short notice because my painters pressure washer company backed out . He came on time and worked until my roof was clean. I have a large home and my tile roof was pretty dirty . He did an awesome job cleaning it . Highly reccomend him! Definitely calling him back for my routine cleanings !
Just had my roof cleaned by Deepshine Pressure Cleaning and I couldn’t be happier with how it came out! The roof looks super clean, honestly like new again. The owner, Jesus, is awesome, really friendly, professional, and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. If anyone needs their roof or pressure cleaning done, I definitely recommend giving Deepshine a call. They did an amazing job for me! 🙌
Courteous and timely, Deep Shine Pressure Cleaning was great from scheduling to completion. Jesus was on my roof and his coworker was watering and covering my plants. They were very professional and mannerly, explained everything that would be done to my satisfaction and were respectful of my property. Mike
Fantastic work at reasonable price! Contact Jesus for all your pressure washing and pavers sealing needs. 5 - Star Service. Highly recommend
I don't even know how to put how appalled I am by the lack of professionalism by Jesus. As a business owner myself, I am simply at a loss for words at how he treated us as a customer. _____________ A little backstory _____________ We contacted Jesus to put up our shutters, referred by a contact. He initially promised to arrive on the morning of October 7, 2024, but hours passed with no communication. I repeatedly called for updates, and he kept pushing back the time, citing errands for "high-end" clients and our distance as reasons. If we were too far or not a priority, he could have declined the job upfront. He later offered to come late at night or the next morning. I preferred he come that night due to urgency, but he insisted on the morning. On October 8, 2024, the same delays occurred, and despite more calls and frustration, they finally arrived after 5 PM to install the shutters. They mentioned it might take a week or two to remove them due to our location, which we agreed to. _____________ The issue - Where we are now _____________ The lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through from this business is appalling. Despite multiple phone calls, no one has shown up to take down the shutters as promised, and there has been no update or response. The shutters were installed on October 8, 2024, with an agreement that they would be removed within “a week or two.” It is now December 12, 2024—well beyond that timeline—and the shutters are still in place. This failure to honor the contract is unacceptable, especially since full payment for the service was made. On Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 8:16 PM, a (finally answered) phone call confirmed that someone would be out by today, December 12. Yet no one has arrived, and no further communication has been received. Additionally, the HOA is now issuing penalties for failing to remove the shutters, and those charges will be forwarded to this business if the matter is not resolved immediately. What is even more disappointing is the treatment during this process. Comments suggesting that we are not a “high-end client” or that the property is “far out” are unacceptable excuses for the lack of service. Ignoring or calls and other attempts at contact for months and failing to meet contractual obligations is no way to run a business. This business has been given ample time to resolve the issue, and this experience should serve as a warning to potential customers about the lack of reliability and professionalism.
