I came today as a first timer and had the most amazing experience with Christy, the dental hygienist. She was so sweet, kind, and incredibly thorough when explaining everything about my teeth and overall dental health. I have super sensitive teeth and she is the first hygienist I’ve ever had who cleaned my teeth without making me flinch. She was extremely gentle and made the whole appointment comfortable. Dr. Matt was also very nice and welcoming. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I would highly recommend this office, especially Christy! Bonus: they gave me a flower for my first visit 🥹
I had a wonderful experience here. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and was really nervous because I have cavity prone teeth. They made the whole experience painless and easy despite a mountain of work that needed to be done. I felt silly for even being anxious about the dentist. If you’re looking for someone who has a gentle touch but knows how to get down to business, look no further!
I waited an entire year to write this to properly vet the office and be able to say Smyl is so worth it!! The front office staff is friendly and efficient, my hygienist is always personable and Dr. Mac is the best dentist I have been to! I had a serious fear of the dentist from when I was younger, and this office made me feel comfortable. From the personalized screens and blankets to explaining everything that was happening and the cost, they really impressed me. I had fillings, crowns, teeth cleaning and a root canal, so I got to experience them on multiple levels and they were always consistent. My smile looks great, they are truly the best!
Beyond the best dentist! I’ve never once felt judged or pressured, just genuinely cared for. They take such great care of me, and my teeth have never looked better. The office is always warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. I used to feel anxious and even panic about going to the dentist, but now I actually enjoy coming in and always leave feeling fresh and confident. From the front desk staff to the hygienists to the doctors, truly an incredible team and experience all around!
I have been going here for over 2 years now and I’ve always left my appointments feeling satisfied. From the professionalism, the care, accommodation, cleanliness, friendly staff and the clinic pups (Ellie and Theo) who brighten my day. My cleanings are always thorough and I appreciate their patience and consistency. Dr.Mactier, Dr.Vu, and all the hygienist are amazing and no matter who you see, you can’t go wrong! 10/10 highly recommended!
