I have taken 2 tours with diamond tours, I have been well pleased with their service. The hotels have all been comfortable, clean, and great customer service. My guests have all been very pleased with their accommodations, if any issues that arose were quickly addressed and prompt action received. Good food choices, and a great value for the price. All transportation has been great, roomy busses, fantastic drivers, I do a lot of traveling, I am very pleased with their prices, itineraries. The group dinners are amazing, everyone throughly enjoyed, the food, music venues.Looking forward to my next adventure. Ark encounter, and Niagara Falls canada. Up coming New Orleans. My first trip with Diamond Tours and I was greatly impressed with the services provided. Reps from the company met us at many stops to make sure all was appropriate. Our driver Kevin was beyond respectful and polite. He was so willingly to go out of his way to accommodate his passengers. Very pleasant to talk with and sincere about his desire for driving. I would recommend this company and driver to anyone planning a motor coach trip.

This was my 3rd trip with Diamond Tours and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED! This trip June 8-12 Mackinac Island was a trip I looked forward to visiting. The tourist sights were quite boring, a thrown together itinerary, the food was by far the WORST ever, I guess Diamond Tours was trying to save money. Who feeds a group the same food 4 days in a row? How dare you treat us as though we were cats and dogs looking for scraps to eat? Meatloaf and potatoes, chicken and potatoes every damn day. The Pancake Chef Restaurant served Meatloaf that appears to be a bean patty, dog food shaped like Meatloaf. You pressed down with your finger and it separated like peanut butter. Sault Marie Country Club, cold chicken, watered down coffee, dried up pork, old lettuce. The driver Dan was Rude all 5 days, how dare he tell seniors/handicap passengers they could not use the on board toilet because he had to empty it. Even worst, he complained about a person on the side of the road, he hit the person with the bus. I hope the person didn't pass. What an unbelievable trip! Our hotel Best Western Sault Marie left guest room doors open, breakfast was cold 2 out of 4 days. The travelers were great, our group leader was funny, Ms.Denise. I'll travel one more time because of Ms. Denise.

Diamond Tours are the best tour for us seniors. Very affordable and well plan. These pictures from our San Antonio trip. Good food, nice hotels and they enjoyed our trip. As a group Leader, they all told me that they enjoyed the trips and the sightseeing 😍🙏🏼👏🏼

My husband and I took our first diamond tour bus trip in February 2026. This tour left the Chickasaw event center in New Hampton, Iowa. I can’t say enough nice things about our group leaders or co-group leader leaders and our bus driver. We were always well informed of what was happening or going to happen. We were able to enjoy playing games on the bus trip if we wanted to, and if people did not want to participate, they did not need to. We were always treated with candy, Snacks and ice cold water. The leaders and code leaders and bus driver always insured a safe descend from the bus. They stood right by the steps and gave a helping hand. They were always ready to help us get our luggage and to help load our luggage. The trip was very enjoyable and we had a great time! Thanks to Diamond Tours and “thanks” to our bus driver Mark……And our awesome group and co-group leaders! We appreciate your support! We will continue going!!!
