Dr. Ramos has made it clear how much he cares for his patients and staff. Everyone here is very friendly and attentive and it creates a very safe environment. Diagnoses and treatments are explained clearly. Its hard to find honest transparent places in healthcare which is why I feel so confident in my care here. I would highly recommend.
My Mom has been seeing Dr. Ramos for several years. We like his patient interaction an love that he reviews her medication each visit to see if it is whats best for her at that time. She's been able to reduce her medication intake from 14 medications to 3 medications and a supplement. I would definitely recommend him.
Good staff and doctors been here for almost 30 years now. I’ll recommend other to Avanta Health Professionals to friends and family. They treat us well and make sure are health is more important like family.
The staff is wonderful Dr Ramos really cares and takes his time with his patients I got to meet Dr Ramos new PA Tara she is so sweet and caring and answers all of my questions she really makes you feel comfortable if you are looking for a professional physician and PA and staff this is a great office that cares deeply about all patients
This doctor is a joke, he is hot tempered and rude. He doesn't refill without a frequent office visit. He sends you down a rabbit hole with a bunch of unessary tests. He doesn't listen to your concerns. He takes you off the medication that is helping you. He is all about the money. The final straw was when I confronted him about my concerns, he told me in anger while violently shaking his finger two feet from my face,that he was going to take me off my medications. I am 61 years old not a little child. He has 47 one star reviews, and now I know why. The place is still calling me stating that I have missed a appointment. Have not been going to the horrible facility for a year . It's Ludacris too believe that if they don't even know what patients have written them off, that they can be a good medical provider. All that they care about is money. I really would like to see this horrible establishment leave the area.
