Baylor St. Luke’s Tower One & Baylor Medicine Center I recently visited Baylor St. Luke’s Tower One and Baylor Medicine Center to assist a client with a notary service and had the opportunity to explore the patient care areas as well. We also visited a patient room in the bed tower and were shown the rehabilitation facilities designed to support recovery. The facility is advanced, well-maintained, and offers a calm, professional environment for both patients and visitors. The staff was warm, courteous, and very welcoming — from the front desk to the nursing team. Their commitment to patient care was clearly visible. Parking at the Blue Garage was seamless and efficient. The garage features space indicator lights to easily find open spots. We took a ticket, accessed the elevator directly to the tower, and after our visit, paid at the machine conveniently located near the elevators. The whole parking and access process was smooth and well-organized. Overall, I was highly impressed by the facilities, professionalism, and ease of navigating the center. Baylor St. Luke’s truly represents top-tier healthcare and visitor experience.

I was admitted to this hospital because of complications of an outpatient procedure. It was horrible. All the nurses were foreign and I couldn't understand what they were saying most of the time. They were impatient, meds wrong, wouldn't come when using the call light, acted like I should be able to get up out of bed on my own to go to the restroom after have rib surgery, one nurse was really impatient that I took awhile in the restroom, they never checked my incisions, etc. I asked several times to talk to my doctor/surgeon. They said that they would send a message...to no avail. I finally contacted his office myself and he came to see me. I was only there two nights, but it was horrible. I warned my doctor about admitted anymore patients there.

I definitely not did not have a great experience at this hospital especially from AZANETTH . who literally made it seem like whatever we said did not matter to her. such an ignorance that she has. do yall selves a favor and go somewhere else to get better treatment.

the staff here is horrible they do not care about their patients at all specifically one of their employees ( AZANETTH ) she had the worst attitude and talked to me like i was an inconvenience to her. i’ve never had such a bad experience at a hospital DO BETTER.
