The ladies have all taken great care of me, I’ve need a lot of shots to go back to school, and they were very professional, quick, and moved with a sense of urgency to get everything I needed and surpassed it! I’m very thankful for a great service! Will highly recommend to anyone!

***UPDATE: My husband passed away last week. That being said… dr Jackson (which was my husbands pcp up until he passed away) was the best doctor on my husbands list of doctors. She showed compassion and a want to help him as much as she could. Which is more than I can say about his other doctors… I hold strong on my 5 star rating. I will continue to come here when I need care in the future. Thank you long point medical center staff for all that you’ve done for us and continue to do for all your patience. ******************************************** So far I’m going to give this place a 5 star. I’ve only had one visit and just contacted them today. Based on the seriousness of my husbands health condition and how the doctor handles the situation in addition to the front desk lady and how she has helped us I would say we’ve received the help we needed to my expectation. Doctor explained where we understood and took necessary actions for our situation. They all took their time with us. There was no rushing to see us and get us out. We were listened to and each concern was handled exceptionally well and as expected. If anything changes I will update my review. I was a little hesitant coming here but I’m glad we decided to make the visit.

SSG Sanders came out of nowhere with the opportunity I was looking for. He sat down with me and throughly explained everything the guard had to entail and answered all my questions till it was time for me to ship out and he was still there to cheer me on

My father had an absolutely horrible experience. Went in for help and the front desk staff was so rude and horrible to him that he wasn't even able to receive medical attention. He has insurance, and his insurance company said that this business takes his insurance. However, for some reason the front desk staff decided they didn't like him. They made him sit and wait for so long that he had to leave to find some places else to receive medical attention. Before he left they had even started helping other people that came in after him. It is absolutely disgusting to me that this front desk staff will treat people this way. Will never attempt to come here again and will definitely never recommend anyone to go there.

Absolutely the worst service I have gotten. It's been a month. I still am waiting on a perscription to be worked on. I continue to get the run around and they never answer the phone or email. I continue to submit everything I'm asked on my end and even talked to the pharmacy and insurance company and they all are waiting on the Dr. Even with the patience I've had due to short staff and excuse after excuse ive never experienced a dr office that did Absolutely nothing they say the will do like this one
