The least I can expect when visiting the doctor for any reason, annual checkup or emergency is to found and a friendly face and respect, respect not only for the patient also for the time he/she expend on the waiting room. Unfortunately I did not found any at my last visits to the Doctor Ramirez offices, I had seen Dra Fanny Ramirez for more than 8 years, the last 2 visits was very upset, more than 1hr an ½ waiting and a unfriendly nurse/secretary very aggressive and offensive. My wife and a baby wait for more than one hour. It is disrespectful to patients waiting for more than an hour after having made an appointment with one month in advance and someone call from the same office to confirm the day before, 15 minutes it is normal but 1 hour in half??, as it is also completely disrespectful how the nurse or secretary spoke to me before the Doctor come in, I'll skip the details because I know doctor Fanny is quite the opposite, it is a kind and friendly person look after me for almost 8 years and now see my family, but her team is not professional its not at the level of Doctor Ramirez. I do not know if I came back to see her one more time which gives me great sadness but my family and our time worth and deserve all respect, I say that in my case and what I saw in the waiting room.

Best doctor!.. Very friendly staff and very helpful, they care about their patients, Dr Ramirez sees so many patients and i see why! She is an amazing doctor.. My time is worth it, same as the other patients, and she doesn't mind to spend more time with patients until everything is done!. Very dedicated, they even open at 6.30 am! Can you believe it.. i still have time to go to work. Thank you Medicorp.

I told the office what my problem was before I scheduled the appointment. The voice on the line took the info and told me when to come in. Arrived for 11:20 appointment with the nurse practitioner, as Dr. Ramirez was out of the country. Greeted the woman at the window, gave her my name and appointment time. She rolled her eyes up to me, told to put my name on the list and wait for the receptionist. (So who was THIS woman then?) I did as told. I got shuffled around to different holding areas a couple of times. Finally saw the nurse practitioner at 12:30-- an hour and ten minutes past my appointment time. She looked at my knee and said they could give me an anti-inflammatory, but I needed to see a specialist. With my insurance, no need for a referral. I was with her less than 5 minutes. So after telling them in advance what my problem was, I waited over an hour, paid my copayment, allowed them to bill my insurance, and was told I should have seen someone else. To add to my day, I was being charged by the quarter hour for parking while I waited, and medicorp "doesn't validate--have a nice day!" Please show some respect for your patients. We are people. I'm finding a new Doctor.

Couldn’t recommend this office more highly. I arrived without an appointment, as I had gone to the wrong office location. Even though they had a completely full schedule, they made room for me and got me in and out within the hour. Everyone at that office went above and beyond and I could not have appreciated them more.

This wonderful staff made my state transition smooth, informative, and delightful! Janie, Cristal, Lucero, Yasmin, Alejandra, and Dr. Cesar Arjona made this 1st time visit welcoming and memorable!
