The staff was friendly. Although I had to use the physician line to get someone to answer the phone. The lady that answered, Doris was really sweet and gave me directions. Calvin that did my registration was funny and nice as well. The assistant that called me to the back was nice. Wait time was fair. My issue is the black lady that drew my blood was so nonchalant. I was telling her I was thirsty and that one of the workers went to get water and she completely ignored me. I work in the medical field as well, and I’m very nice to all my patients even when I’m not in the best of moods. To the black lady that works in the lab, fix your face and your attitude. The other lady that was working was very friendly to her patient and had a nice conversation with her.

Dr Rafaeli is the best, but the whole lab and infusion is 5 hours long. Seriously, it should only take 3 hours tops. We get here for 11:15/12:15 and don't get seen till after 3pm. Scheduling is a joke. You need to stick to the appointment time, that's the reason for appointments. Might as well do walk-ins at this point. This is indeed the worst.

Worst place, I had to wait more than an hour to receive my treatment. I got a t-shirt from another clinic facility and the first thing that the nurse asked me, if they were hiring where I work, really unprofessional. In the admissions they got me lost for 30 mins going forward and backwards because I didn't have any labs orders. When I asked about my copay, they mentioned that my insurance will cover and then I just had huge bills for them and every time I call to ask to speak with someone in my care team, they never called me back, worst customer service. This place is a scam and I wish I would have never put foot on it.

Nice front desk staff when I spoke to them in person but it is incredibly difficult to even get a hold of anyone you need to speak to after the appointment. Forget needing help with anything. You will have to explain your situation to multiple people on the phone and in person. With the oncologist I had, she will make you feel bad for having cancer. Absolutely no empathy for something so life changing. If you ask for more understanding of what cancer you possibly have, you will get dismissed and to talk to the nurse. You will leave the cancer center feeling bad about being sick. Everything with the visit with the oncologist felt so rush rush. So,I went somewhere else since I couldn't get hold of anyone. At another cancer center I got my orders for biopsy, more scans and other things immediately. It was a smaller place but the doctor at the new cancer center answered all questions and didn't delay anything. The doctor spent 20 minutes or more answering my questions while the doctor at Memorial Hermann spent 2 minutes!

Been trying to get info in BIL condition and have been put on hold 30 minutes at a time at nurses station. We are on the east coast trying to get informed so that we can make arrangements for his care. Absolutely ridiculous that nobody will answer questions and ignore phone calls.
