Call staff very unprofessional. Call back multiple time for status of prescription. Every time Gonzalo would say he would call back with update. Never received any calls back. Called again after a month of waiting, granted i callded multiple time every week, and asked. He said he called back. I asked if he left any voice message. He replied, when I call and no one answers I just leave it at that andbthats that.. very unprofessional
Excellent customer service, Nelson helped me so much I am very grateful and blessed to have someone to provide awesome customer service. The providers are always there to assist the patient and will make everything possible to see you overall they deserve 5+
Dr Duarte & his staff were thorough and professional. My time in the waiting room was brief, and their use of networked medical assistants for preliminary questions and scribing the actual appointment made everything exceptionally efficient. Dr Duarte patiently took the time to answer all of my questions about my test results, and my prescriptions were sent in immediately. Very happy with this doctor & his team.
Took my beautiful 90 year old mother to see her new PCP today. I was very impressed how well the staff and especially her PCP, Dr. Sonia Macayo attended my mother's care. This is a very organized clinic from beginning to end of the visit. Also I wanted to thank Nelson for making the process to fill out forms a little bit easier. Thank you.
