It’s really organized A very nice facility you don’t wait hours to get seen they are very courtesy. Very good customer service. I love it there. I have went to places where doctors they talked at you not to you.. They quick to say you old you getting old you got arthritis not questioning the situation that I might be having.
I had a good experience with Oak Street Health. Very collaborative. Michelle Wiley, NP, listened to me and my daughter explain my past condition and proceed from there.🙂
Poor Service. UNABLE to get appointments as.needed. Lies about same day or next day appointments. Overall a terrible facility for patient care
Dr.T took her time explaining things about my health status . I learned a lot from her and I fell much better about my status . Thanks Oak Street you Dr. T and Oak street !
All the staff there where very helpful and friendly The clinic was nice and clean I love going to my appointments
