Dr. Stella Kim is the kind of Doctor everyone hopes they get to see when they are in need. She is kind, empathetic, funny, endearing and extremely bright. With less than 24 hours notice, I was in Dr. Kim’s office after taking an emergency flight from Belize with a very severe infection in my left eye. She took action as soon as she saw me, made a correct diagnosis that other doctors missed, and she had the correct compounded eye drops ordered for me the same morning. I just saw Dr. Kim last week for a 2-year follow-up, and not only did she remember me, but she was elated to see me. She truly is genuine, caring, and the most talented ophthalmologist in Texas- likely the most talented in the U.S.! 5 out of 5 stars for Dr. Kim and UT Health :)
I’ve had a great experience at Robert Cizik Eye Clinic at the Texas Medical Center. The care here is truly excellent. Dr. Arnoldo Trevino is outstanding—very kind, professional, and personable. He always takes the time to connect, remembers his patients, and provides thorough, thoughtful care. I really appreciate how comfortable he makes every visit. Dr. Morgan Fredell has also been exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented, and she took the time to clearly explain and guide me through the next steps. Her dedication and passion for her work really stand out. I also want to thank Janie Gonzalez at the front desk. She is always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From the moment you arrive, she makes the experience better with her kindness and attention. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism, compassion, and quality of care.
From the moment I arrived at the clinic, I was warmly greeted with smiles from the check-in staff. The front desk team made me feel welcomed and comfortable right away. After a short wait, the technician called me back to the exam room. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very comforting throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. When the doctor came in, she was absolutely outstanding. She took her time, listened carefully, and made me feel truly cared for. Her expertise and bedside manner were exceptional. I will definitely be recommending this clinic — and especially this doctor — to all of my friends
My experience that was exceptional no longer waits. Everyone was polite and me coming out of elderly abuse. No one spoke nasty to me because that would’ve really hurt my feelings wrapped up what I went through for two years I would recommend that offer to anyone.
From my experience, Dr. Rohini Sigireddi at Memorial Hermann is a great Opthamologist! She is incredibly knowledgable and thorough! She is also kind and en excellent communicator! I whole heartedly recommend her!
