They’ll charge you for services you didn’t receive! I really wanted to like this place because the people were nice but I ended up getting charged for a service I didn’t receive and they are adamant that I did. I went in for a severe sore throat, cough and I couldn’t hear out of my right ear. I told all this to the nurse and on my papers. The doctor came in and shook my hand asking if I was in for a routine checkup. She obviously didn’t read my chart beforehand. After I told her what I was in for, she said she would test for Covid and have the nurse clean out my ear after. The Covid test was positive and she said they wouldn’t do the ear clean out after all since she didn’t want to expose the nurse to my Covid. Which makes sense so I agreed to not have it done. So I left and then see a charge later for my ear clean out. I called the billing department multiple times, they said they researched and said I did get the clean out. I think I would know if I got my ear cleaned out! The Dr didn’t even know what I was in there for. The billing department also left a message for the Dr to call me back about it but they never did. I will never go back here again in fear they might charge me for something else I didn’t receive.

OMG! My appointment was 6-17-26 originally 10am. I changed to 9. I arrived at 9:11. no one was at the desk for 5-7 minutes then when she arrived she tried to reset the appointment stating i was 15 minutes late. Ok made it through that part but here’s the CLINCHER. My visit was to get a referral because I couldn’t get it done online or by phone. NP Bradley advised she was having the referral sent to the gastroenterologist the same day. I asked how long should i wait before calling the gastroenterologist dr to get my much needed appointment and she advised maybe a few hours. Well a few hours turned into 2 days until I FINALLY took my copy of the referral to the gastroenterologist office PERSONALLY handed it to them to get my appointment🤬 on yesterday. I am totally and truly disappointed. I did call to be sure they had the correct information and was told several times it would be done. I don’t trust my care with these people.

So relieved I met NP Delethea Bradley who’s so kind and welcoming. She listens to my concerns and provides the best support! Each visit has me leaving feeling better.

Extremely poor patient care. Expect to wait nearly two hours even if you have an appointment. On multiple visits, I’ve experienced the same long delays and overall disorganization. I was even locked out once despite arriving within the allowed grace period after calling ahead, which was completely unacceptable. The clinic feels very uncoordinated from the front desk to the medical assistants to Nurse Practitioners. (THERES NEVER MDs in clinic), it often seems like no one is on the same page. It’s difficult to get clear answers, and I frequently felt like I had to figure things out on my own instead of being guided through the process. The biggest issue has been referrals. After an ER visit, this should have been simple, but instead nothing was handled properly and I had to keep following up and essentially do the work myself just to get basic next steps completed. That is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I was still being charged copays even after meeting my deductible, which only added to the frustration and confusion. Nobody seems to know how to deal with insurances how they work. Overall, this clinic lacks coordination, follow-through, and accountability. When you’re dealing with real health concerns, you expect professionalism and proper care not this level of inefficiency. I would not recommend this clinic.

Dr. Buford is always carrying and takes his time to really understand his patients. That's why I drive 50 miles one way to see him. He also called me later that night to give me information about my husbands special test he needs done. He is the best!
