Dr. Alex Su is hands down the best primary care physician I have ever had. He is incredibly kind, highly educated, and maintains the utmost professionalism during every single visit. He provides exceptional medical care and always takes the time to truly listen to his patients. What sets him apart the most is his thoroughness—he responds to all of my medical and prescription messages quickly and consistently follows up on everything a patient needs. If you are looking for a dedicated doctor at Village Medical, I cannot recommend Dr. Su highly enough!

Dr Ramireddy acted as. Dr should in my mind. She looked at me and listened to what I had to say. She didn’t cut me off, wasn’t rude, and most importantly wasn’t dismissive like so many Drs are since they think they know everything. She admitted she had a plan to do while I was there but recommended I go see a foot orthopedic surgeon who might have more insight to my foot problem. I alas hoping to make her my new PCP and that is the case as of now. She was fantastic. Have already scheduled my next appt with her.

I was very pleased that a nurse reached out to me on Thursday. I was telling her the issues that were going on with me. She immediately said let's get you in here on Friday so you don't have to go through the entire weekend. Feeling as bad as you do. So I agreed and I was able to see the nurse practitioner. Miss Patty, she came into the room and truly talk to me and really was concerned about what was going on with my health. I would recommend any friend to go to the village clinic.

Doctor was good and nice but I don’t understand why it’s so hard to give a price for an xray . Doctor recommended the xray and I asked him how much it would be . He told me the person in the front can tell me. Spoke to her she routed me to call their corporate number. Corporate re routed me to 3 different places and no one could help me and asked me to call the office . Called the office right now and the lady was extremely rude and condescending because I wanted to confirm the price on the xray and she told me a price range and just said she can’t make any promises if that’s going to be the price . Her name was Anisia and you guys should hire more people who are looking to help the customers not get frustrated over a 5 minute conversation. How is it that you guys are providing a service and no one knows how much it costs ?

I had a yearly physical with dr Ramireddy. No problems at all. Her nurse Ramona was great. Drew blood sample without a problem and cleaned my ears, disgusting but needed. Thank you
