I had to find a new doctor since mine left the Holly Tree practice. I'm so glad I made the decision to schedule with Julie Mackin, APRN-NP. She is very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and persistent. She is very quick at responding to my needs and any questions I ever have. She stays in tune to my results from labs to tests, and informs me if there's anything I should be concerned about. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and I am so happy to have her as my new physician.
Fantastic Hospital!!! Recently, I was admitted to St Francis Eastside, Greenville SC. I was pretty sick and the Nurses, Doctors, ICU personnel, floor nurses, floor techs, and many, many more medical and non-medical staff were simply amazing. Every single person that was taking care of me showed the utmost respect and kindness. These folks are extremely knowledgeable in the job that they performed. I have never seen a group of medical professionals so in-tune with their patients. We have only lived here a few months, moving from GA, so I was a little apprehensive about going to hospital, but honestly, this was the best decision I do believe I have ever made regarding my healthcare. Kudos to everyone in administration for running such an efficient organization! Please pass along my gratitude to the staff and everyone involved in my Healthcare! An annual physical with Dr. Peters was my first time visiting this office. Staff was nice & extremely quick. Total time from arrival until check out, including blood work, was 35 minutes.
The service is great. The staff was professional and polite. The waiting is never more than 15 minutes. Recently I had an appointment, but the office had to close due to the weather. I thought I would have to reschedule but I was able to keep my appointment and met with Dr. I virtually. Nice!
Dr I and her staff are amazing. Appointments are easy and there is very little waiting once you arrive. You can tell she cares about you and your health. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
