I would like to praise the work of Dani, Léo, and Keila. They are excellent professionals — very attentive, caring, and incredibly gentle with my dogs. I always leave my dogs there with total peace of mind, knowing they will be well cared for, treated with love, and given plenty of attention during their stay. Every time we pick them up, they come home happy, healthy, and calm — which clearly shows how well they are treated. We have been clients for years, and we continue choosing them because of the trust, dedication, and genuine love they show for our pets. I highly recommend them!
I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I picked my dog up after only two nights of boarding, and he did not come home like himself at all. His eyes were noticeably puffy like I never seen before(will include pics) like he had been crying the whole time or something. Normally he is extremely energetic cause he’s a puppy, he runs around in the living room, licking me, giving affection and just truly ALWAYS excited , especially whenever he leave his kennel…. instead today when we got home he went straight to his kennel and laid on his side for HOURS without getting up. When I opened the cage he took a min to get up. This is not like him.. He finally walked out the kennel but slowly, & looked very sad, & he had low energy. No excitement, no running, no affection given…. nothing. This is not normal for him at all, it’s completely out of character. He also had a strong odor when I picked him up and it look like he lost weight after only two nights of boarding. I will be including before & after pics of his eyes. Don’t board here, my dog is not himself, and ion like that, board somewhere better, pls. Wish I could have a refund fr, yall don’t deserve my money fr. I highly recommend Petz Mania for grooming and boarding of your dogs. We have 4 dogs, two small and older, and two large dogs, who are younger, and the care the staff shows to all of them is amazing. Karlie, the groomer, does an above and beyond job in making them all look fantastic, and what is extra, is the kind heart and loving spirit she has for our dogs. They have great prices, and a very covenant location. Five starts!
Highly recommend the groomer Karlie and than to top it off my dogs go to the day care to have some fun. Dani and Leo are fabulous they treat and care for my dogs like they are their own, and Karlie gives the best detailed groom ever. Highly recommend this place.
They don’t answer the phone, so I drove over more than hour before their closing time. Nobody at the desk. Finally an attendent showed up and told me the dog wash stations are closed 90 minutes before general closing. Extremely unhelpful. Two stars because the actual pet wash stations looked pretty nice.
