Garrett was knowledgeable, showed up everything he was doing, took pictures, and was just overall so kind. We were struggling with what we thought was a breaker box going out. Fortunately that was not the case! Garrett was fast with fixing the problem, fast with helping us come up with solution, and so helpful in saving us as much money as he could. We had a new line dedicated to the main bedroom and when he actually was doing the work he only took maybe 45 minutes if even that. It felt so quick. We really appreciated the attention to detail.

I can’t speak highly enough of Garrett. He provided the best customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and he explained all of my options to me without making me feel pressured. He helped me by installing a Tesla level 2 charger in my garage for my Model X. The process was seamless and the finished product looks amazing. Thanks to Garrett I can now charge in the comfort of my own garage instead did an hour and a half round trip commute. I hope to have Garrett help me with future projects around the house as well.

Garrett from Mister Sparky was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, walked us through our options without any pressure, and made sure we fully understood the work being done. Jamieson was very thorough. He completed the safety inspection and checked every aspect of the property for the electrical issues we are having. He gave a very detailed estimate on what needs to be done to prevent further risks in the future. It’s all up to my landlord now to replace the breaker panels, install a new main grounding system and to replace all of the meter bases.
