We had Justin come out to our home for an electrical issue, and even though we ultimately weren’t able to move forward with the repair because of the cost, I still felt compelled to leave this review because of how professional, honest, and genuinely helpful he was throughout the entire process. From the moment he arrived, Justin was respectful, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely thorough in explaining what was going on. Instead of trying to pressure us into anything, he took the time to give real advice, walk us through our options, and point us in the right direction based on our situation. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days. You can tell he truly cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Even though we couldn’t proceed with the work at this time, I walked away feeling informed, respected, and genuinely grateful for the guidance he gave us. Sometimes great customer service isn’t just about completing the job — it’s about how you treat people when they need help, and Justin absolutely exceeded expectations. The company as a whole was also excellent to deal with — responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Just the sales process so far. But, Justin did an excellent job at listening to my needs and explaining the suggestions that I was not aware of. I even double checked his suggestion on ChatGPT and his suggestion was 100% correct. He presented the quote by line item and as a bundled service like I asked. He was not pushy about the sale. I told him to give me a day to think about it and he immediately respected my request. I’m quite certain I will go with Mr Sparky. If a salesperson listens to you and is not pushy, he probably believes in the product he represents. Price was better than my previous quote. Probably not getting a third quote. Justin for Mayor! May 10 update - Justin came out to perform the work. I was just as satisfied. 😊😊. I put great price, but I don’t know. It was noticeably better than the other quote.

I recently had Lambert Carnell complete a full electrical panel replacement and upgrade, along with replacing and installing grounding wires and adding a new disconnect lever to main house.
