Robert U. was the electrician that came to our house to replace the 35 yr old external breaker box / electric panel, and he did a great job. He and his assistant also adjusted a high ceiling light fixture, talking taking the time needed to make sure it was perfectly leveled. I would definitely recommend their work.

Our technician, Robert, was able to fix our smoke detector issue quickly and efficiently. The communication between Mr. Electric, the technician and myself was Great. We were given a time that Robert would arrive and he was promptly here at the given time. Robert was very knowledgeable about electrical systems and did an entire home safety check free of charge. He explained step by step our options for the repair and payment in a way that we could understand. We feel that we got EXCELLENT service from Robert and a fair price from Mr. Electric. Also we were extremely happy with the job done by Robert. We will be Mr. Electric customers from now on!
Mr. Electric gave me a quote for replacing my damaged electrical panel and a few midwifed light switches. The electrician came out and looked at my issues and wrote up an itemized quote. After reviewing other companies’ quotes vs value received, I chose Mr Electric. William D. (Master electrician) did an excellent job explaining what was wrong and how he intended to fix it. He was professional, knowledgeable and transparent about everything. He also cleaned up after the work was done. I am pleased with the result and feel much safer having all of the issues addressed without breaking my budget.
