I highly recommend the Staples Print Center at 500 E McBee Ave, Suite 100, Greenville, SC. I would especially like to recognize Julius for his outstanding customer service. I was working on preparations for our company Open House event and needed a large banner and a poster produced within a very tight timeframe. Julius immediately stepped in to help and processed the order while I was in the store. The entire process—including discussing sizes, materials, and print options—took only about 15 minutes. I was incredibly impressed by his efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help. The final products exceeded my expectations. The print quality was excellent, the materials looked great, and everything was completed exactly as requested. The banner and poster looked fantastic and made a wonderful addition to our event. Thank you, Julius, and the entire Staples team, for your customer-focused approach, responsiveness, attention to detail, and high-quality work. It is rare to find this level of service, and it was truly appreciated. I highly recommend this location for any printing or signage needs!
We had a great experience today at Staples, thanks to Harold in the printing area. We came in needing a banner but weren’t sure about the right size or material. Harold took the time to walk us through our options and helped us choose exactly what would work best for our needs. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the turnaround time was awesome. On top of that, he was extremely kind, respectful, and professional!
The marketing supervisor at this staples is unmatched! If you are looking for quality printing, great customer service, and a dependable partner in your project, ask for Julius! I called him at the start of business with a had huge project I needed done before end of business and he made it happen + some! Highly recommend.
We stood in line 10 minutes before realizing that we were in the wrong line for Amazon returns. Once I got to the correct return desk, the associates were extremely helpful and friendly. Because I was using a cane, the very helpful and kind associate helped me Go out a shorter exit. I was greatly appreciative of his kindness! ,☺️👏🏾
I needed to have the figure on a poster enlarged for my Sunday School bulletin board that was impossible to do on the printer at church. The gentleman working in the copy section made sure he understood that I only needed the picture enlarged and not to include the words on the poster. He explained the limits of what was possible and he took care of me while he was multitasking on other print jobs. He was so kind and it came out perfectly. I'm sure God led me to this store as there were others I could have used. Many thanks!
