The kids enjoy it. Its unnecessarily loud. The price is ok if you do a party package. We have done 2 parties for our girl scouts troop. The first time the service was decent. The second time was a train wreck. It is nice and clean though.

Main Event Greenville was a great time! As students, we loved the bowling lanes were awesome, and the vibe was fun. Tons of games and food options, too. Staff were friendly, and we’ll definitely be back!

My daughter had a fantastic birthday at Main Event we had bowling, pizza cake presents goodbye bags lazer tag and arcade time. It was fantastic the host Kaylee was phenomenal and so sweet and helpful. She really helped the party by actively assisting with each portion of the night. We loved it! Worth the money and so worth the fun!

We had a fun date night. Plenty to do for most all ages. In addition to the numerous games, there are billiards, bowling, and paintball. Also food and beverages...including adult beverages if desired. Easy free parking.

I visited Main Event with my sister and child and left disappointed by the inconsistent customer service we received. When we arrived, we stood at the front waiting to be acknowledged for several minutes. No one greeted us or explained whether we should seat ourselves or wait for a hostess. While waiting, I approached an African American female employee working behind the bar and politely asked whether we should wait to be seated or seat ourselves. She did not acknowledge or respond to my question. Shortly afterward, a Caucasian customer approached the same employee to ask how long it would take for someone to take her table’s order. The employee immediately acknowledged her concern and quickly retrieved the hostess, who was also an African American woman. The hostess, a heavy-set woman with glasses and auburn-and-black twists, promptly assisted the Caucasian customer and her table. Meanwhile, my family and I continued waiting without acknowledgment. It was not until a manager noticed us that we finally received assistance. The manager was attentive, professional, and immediately arranged for us to be seated at a booth at my request. The African American lady who originally ignored me- seated us and still her demeanor appeared unwelcoming and hostile in nature she informed us that she would return to take our drink order. However She never came back. We waited an additional 15 minutes while multiple tables seated after us received prompt service. At approximately 7:33 p.m., a trainer named Steen stepped in, took our food and drink orders, and apologized for the delay. Her professionalism and attentiveness significantly improved our experience. Unfortunately, there were additional concerns. While preparing our margaritas, the same employee behind the bar placed the lime garnish directly into our glasses with her bare hands. This was unsanitary and unacceptable. We were seated around 7:14 p.m. but did not receive part of our order until 8:03 p.m., with the remainder arriving at 8:04 p.m. During that time, tables seated after us appeared to receive faster service, including appetizers. On a positive note, Steen provided excellent customer service, and another employee whose name I did not catch was also attentive and helpful throughout our meal. The food itself was prepared well. I am not accusing Main Event of racism, nor am I suggesting this experience reflects every employee. However, I cannot ignore the noticeable difference in how my family, who are African American, was treated compared with the Caucasian customers I observed during our visit. As someone who works in customer service, I believe every guest deserves the same level of acknowledgment, attentiveness, and respect regardless of race. I encourage management to review customer service standards, guest engagement practices, and food-handling procedures to ensure all guests have a positive experience. I would consider returning in the future perhaps at a different time and maybe on a different day , but I hope these concerns are addressed imperatively and the the individual who ignored us received the additional training she direly needs so that she stays employed.
