This is the third time I have used PENCO Gate and Fence. The first time was when I had a new driveway gate installed, and they came to install the keypad and program the remotes. They were fantastic: prompt, efficient, professional, and courteous. A few years later, I needed them to come back because I wanted an additional remote. It was a seamless process. And the third time, today, I needed them to come out because it seems as though other people in the neighborhood must have my code because my gate spontaneously is opened after I’ve closed it. A technician came within a day of my calling them, and together we created a unique code, which the technician programmed on the gate mechanism and on the remotes. I highly recommend this company.
We have used Penco Gate and Fence several times over the years for our multi family townhome complex and have been impressed each time. Most recently, we had our walk through gate repaired. Jesus was excellent. He listened to our concerns, created a solution and executed that solution. All homeowners are happy with the result, which is rare. Thank you Penco!
