I called looking for U-bolts for chain link fence posts. The woman who answered spoke minimal English and had no idea what I was asking for. She said yes we have bolts. Then she hung up on me. I called back and no one would answer then a message said voice mail has not been set up. I then tried to call the FM location, and again no answer and no option to leave a message. Very poor customer service.
American Fence came out and put up a shadow box, privacy fence. Young man’s name was Josh. He was very professional and conscientious about his work. I would definitely recommend American Fence for your next job.
