I had two custom-made gates built here and also picked up some fencing supplies. The pricing was incredible—about half of what you’d pay at Home Depot. The quality of the gates exceeded my expectations, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this place—100%.

They came to fix my gate. It worked 1.5 months then stopped working. I called, Larry said it would be full price to come back to service. I mentioned I would be fine paying for the cost of parts, but asked if he would waive the labor costs. He said he couldn't do that. I mentioned I would like my gate to operate longer than 1.5 months and I asked him why I would continue to use his company when they do not stand behind their work. I even suggested to negotiate the labor cost. He still said the labor would be at full price ($125 initial hour followed by $90 per additional hour). I would never use this company again. I would not even allow them to fix a guinea pig's cage. Horrendous customer service. I prefer a company that will stand behind their work for greater than 1.5 months. Take care Larry.

I wish every company would conduct business like Greenville Fence Sales. Their professional staff, the premium products, and the quality of their work is unmatched. Greenville Fence installed a mechanical fence at my in-law's home in 1976 and it still works. They installed my first fence in 2000, and they just installed my second fence after Hurricane Helene. Thank you Larry and team, our family appreciates you.

This company has terrible customer service. We have had issues with them in the past but have not put up a review, because as fellow business owners, we understand how reviews can affect your business. Now it has gotten to the point that we feel like others should know how bad their business is run. When you have an issue with a gate or fence they installed, they are NOT helpful at all. In the past, we have had to go online and research issues and fix it ourselves, because they are so slow to respond. We recently had an issue that required a licensed professional to fix, but they told us that it would be several weeks to get someone to even get out there to look at it. Several weeks later with our gate completely not working, and saying they would try to be there for several days straight they had still not come out. The front office staff, who is always unprofessional, simply said "Well, everybody is in the same boat." We ae trying to run a business and our customers cannot enter nor leave our facility, and that's all you can say?!?! It's obvious that they do not care enough about their customers. It seems that emergency situations should be prioritized and not blown off in an unprofessional way. We would highly recommend that you look for other fence/ gate installers when looking for someone to do your next project!
